RECIPES
JERK MARINADE - EVOO
- ¼ cup thyme woody stem intact
- 2/3 cup scotch bonnet/habanero pepper green stem removed
- ¼ cup jalapeno pepper stem removed
- ¼ cup all spice berries
- 5 whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons of whole coriander seeds
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ cup infused evoo ½ cup of regular evoo
- Combine all ingredients (except evoo) in blender
- Gradually pour EVOO in blender and mix until thoroughly combined
