Canna Haute is a multi-faceted culinary brand merging new approaches to American cuisine with infused ingredients. 

 

Chef Alexis is the professionally trained chef and founder behind Canna Haute. Her infused culinary experiences and products are the intersection of our passion for sharing the mind-body benefits of cannabis and our belief that good food experiences should be central to everyone’s life. Canna Hautes cooking is informed by a cross-section of influences, primarily her father’s southern culinary roots an his green thumb and her mother’s early championing of home gardening and the required use fresh, organic ingredients. Garrison is also heavily influenced by her upbringing in Seattle, where the Pacific Northwest’s regional food scene first exploded, and in her current life in New York where access to foods and world class dining provide constant inspiration. Through all of these narratives, Garrison seeks to use CH to push her love of an array cooking traditions.
